Cancellation Policy*

• 1 Full night fee is due when the reservation is made.

• 60+ Days Prior to Stay: A $25 cancellation fee will be charged and the balance of the monies paid will be refunded.

• 30 Days Prior to Stay: If a cancellation is made within 30 days of your stay a one night cancellation fee will be charged and the balance of the monies paid will be refunded.

• 14 Days Prior to Stay: Monies paid are non-refundable after 14 days before your stay.

• We are always committed to hosting planned stays as scheduled. Simultaneously, your group’s safety is our priority. If circumstances beyond our control, including dangerous weather conditions or government restrictions, make hosting a planned event illegal, impossible, or irresponsible and we cancel the event, we will refund your payment.

• Any exceptions to this policy for unseen emergencies on the part of the Contract Person/s are at the discretion of The Refuge.

  *This cancellation policy applies to Cabin Rentals only. Retreats and Summer groups will have separate policy as part of the group’s agreement forms.
