Retreats
We look forward to hosting you and your group as we continue more than 100 years of hospitality on this historic property. Our prayer is that your stay with us would be marked by an experience of the good news we seek to share - that Jesus has given us ultimate rest that can transcend any retreat-stay.
-
We believe that retreats provide an opportunity for individuals, families, churches, and communities to connect with one another and God away from the busyness of everyday life. In this sense, retreats are occasions for the body of Christ to intentionally step away from life’s everyday rhythms so that we can reenter as a renewed people, offering rest in Jesus to others.

The Songwriters’ Selah
The Songwriters’ Selah is a worship songwriting retreat that has been carefully crafted through the prayerful reflection of several Wisconsin families over the years. This retreat is intended to bring musicians and songwriters together, in a scenic and unhurried Northwoods environment, to foster fellowship and worship. Just as the Northwoods Retreat’s storied history has been transformed by the prayerful reflection of a community of believers, so too The Songwriters’ Selah seeks to bring the Church’s rich history of songwriting in local congregations together with the fresh insights of Christians today. The ultimate hope of this retreat is that local churches may be enriched by a weekend of creativity and empowered to carry this experience into their unique contexts.
“God had been strongly impressing me to somehow create an opportunity for songwriters to gather and be encouraged to write for their congregations.” -Sharon Duke, Antigo Community Church

Father-Daughter Retreat
This year, seize the opportunity to nurture that unique bond between fathers and daughters. Designed for dads and daughters (grades 6 through adult), this powerful weekend promises a blend of insightful Biblical teaching, uplifting worship, and just the right mix of shared activities and peaceful moments.
Whether you're hitting the trails for a horseback ride in the national forest, testing your aim at trap shooting, soaring down the zipline, crafting something together, or simply enjoying a walk along the Wolf River, every aspect of the weekend is thoughtfully planned. Our hope is to provide fathers with a chance to model Godly manhood through both words and actions. Don't miss out on creating lasting memories and refreshing your spiritual walk!
